Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed are:

Europe: 7–15 business days
Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for selected products, destinations, or order values. Any applicable free shipping offer will be shown on our website or during checkout.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive a tracking number by email after your order has shipped.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Packages
Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
If this happens, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because we split an order into multiple shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
We will review the shipment and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner when appropriate to help resolve the issue.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue so that we can review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has started. Orders that have already been shipped cannot normally be canceled.
